Brielle Munizzi

BriElle Munizzi is an aspiring art director who was born and raised on the Sout'side of Chicago. She is currently a junior at Columbia College Chicago, where she is studying to achieve a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Advertising Art Direction. Her creative work has been recognized by various Columbia students and organizations who have collaborated with her on several freelance projects.

BriElle recently completed an internship at CelebEvents Inc., an event planning company in the Chicagoland area. She helped to advertise the company's events through the design of fliers, e-mail alerts, sponsorship proposals, customer tickets, and social media promotions. BriElle is currently an employee of the Columbia College Chicago Art + Design department, where her position as a Computer Lab Assistant allows her to assist students with creative problem-solving.

BriElle is also the owner of Capital E Creations, a t-shirt design company founded in June 2012 that sells through the online t-shirt market Skreened. BriElle has designed and illustrated all products, which are frequently based on comedy and pop culture. (To view work, visit www.skreened.com/capitalecreations)

When she is not avidly working on new design projects, BriElle is getting involved in the student life of her college. BriElle is the Co-President of Columbia's Improv Club, for whom she has designed promotional event posters for. She has also worked as an Orientation Leader through the Office of New Student Programs, where she helped new students and their families become acquainted with the Columbia campus.

In her free time, BriElle enjoys writing stand-up comedy, playing Elton John music on the piano, and dining on Caesar salad.
