Joseph Grossman

My name is Joseph, and I like to draw Cartoons and My own Comics. My style consists of ink drawings in black and white and sometimes color. I also like to experiment with photoshop. The things I like to draw are surreal pictures and characters that I have created. I am currently a senior at Columbia College.

My inspirations come from a handful of artists. For starters, I enjoy the work of Osamu Tezuka (Astro Boy, Black Jack, Phoenix), Herge ( Tintin) and Gary Larson (The Far side). Along with these artists I also like Sergio Aragones and Oda Eiichero

Besides Art, I have worked in Theater as well. For three summers now I have worked for Camp Red Kite, an Art theater camp for children with Autism.
